Role Overview 🚀

This is a high-impact product leadership role at a rapidly scaling Series B fintech/insurtech startup. The position calls for someone who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, using data and collaboration to shape the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities 💡

• Product Leadership: Establish and communicate the long-term product direction, ensuring priorities are tightly connected to company objectives. Inspire cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional end-user outcomes.
• Data & Insights: Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to uncover trends and opportunities that inform smarter decision-making.
• Growth & Optimization: Drive initiatives that improve conversion, revenue, and user value, while refining existing products for scale and efficiency.
• Execution: Take ownership of complex challenges, moving quickly from problem definition to solution delivery, while ensuring measurable impact.
• Collaboration: Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and progress through clear communication and strong cross-team coordination.
• Market Understanding: Stay close to industry trends and customer needs, leveraging research and discovery to guide product innovation.

Must Haves 🤝

• 6+ years of product experience
• Startup/Scaleup experience (hands-on builder)
• Skilled in data-driven product work, with strong proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, experimentation, and turning analytics into actionable insights.
• Clear and confident communicator who can translate strategy and outcomes across teams, executives, and external partners.
• Proven ability to balance trade-offs and prioritize effectively in order to deliver impact at speed.
• Naturally curious and adaptable, eager to dive into new problem spaces and ramp up quickly in unfamiliar domains.
