About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Manager, P2P GPO to lead the worldwide transformation of our Procure-to-Pay processes. You'll partner with leaders to implement scalable solutions, using automation and cutting-edge tools to streamline requisition, invoicing, and payments for a seamless employee and supplier experience.
What You'll Do

Lead the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for P2P, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effectively managing resources and stakeholder expectations.

Drive system enhancements and automation initiatives , identifying high-impact opportunities by utilizing data analysis and feedback to improve employee and supplier experiences within P2P tools and processes.

Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify workflows suitable for automation, leading the identification and execution of such projects, including the adoption of AI.

Develop and implement change management strategies , including communications and training, to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes by employees and suppliers.

Engae deeply with internal clients and the end-user community to proactively gather needs, designing user-friendly, streamlined, and highly efficient processes that enhance engagement between the employee experience and P2P operations.
Basic Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing procurement programs and/or leading transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.

Extensive experience in end-to-end process transformation within a complex, matrix organization, preferably in one or more of the following domains: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or similar core business processes.

Strong technical proficiency with enterprise systems such as Coupa, Oracle, and Ariba, along with a comprehensive understanding of P2P best practices and metrics.

Bachelor's Degree.

Deep expertise in orchestrating enterprise-wide change across people, process, and technology, grounded in methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

Highly analytical and organized, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.

Hands-on, results-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$169,000 per year - USD$188,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
