About The Role

The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications serves as Eleanor Health’s storyteller-in-chief , responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s voice across all channels. This leader defines what we say, how we say it, and where we say it —driving brand consistency, compelling narratives, and impactful communications. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in brand strategy, content development, public relations, and thought leadership. Experience in healthcare communications or highly regulated industries is a major plus.

What You'll Do

  • Brand Messaging & Strategy: Own Eleanor Health’s brand voice and messaging framework to ensure clarity, consistency, and resonance across all audiences.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for multiple channels (e.g., website, blogs, email, social media, press releases) and audiences.
  • Public Relations: Manage overall PR strategy and relationships with media outlets to increase brand visibility and thought leadership in behavioral health and addiction treatment.
  • Social Media: Manager overall social media strategy to increase awareness and also create demand for Eleanor Health’s treatment program.
  • Integrated Campaign Support: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure communication strategies align with member (patient) acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Measurement & Insights: Track and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical operations, and executive teams to align messaging with organizational priorities.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand strategy, or public relations.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communication strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing media relationships and securing press coverage.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communication practices.
  • Experience working in a growth-stage or mission-driven organization.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual target compensation range for this position is $130,000-150,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
