Join Walmart as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting our EVP/Chief Sustainability Officer, who leads Corporate Sustainability, the Walmart Foundation, and ESG for Walmart Inc. In this high-impact role, you’ll enable leadership to advance Walmart’s mission to create shared value through business and philanthropic initiatives that create economic opportunity for our associates and suppliers, enhance sustainability of our operations and product chains, and strengthen the resilience of communities.
What you'll do...
- Proactively manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings with external and internal stakeholders, prioritizing to achieve departmental goals
- Manage incoming requests and communications from external and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely response and follow up in a way that builds stakeholder trust
- Coordinate with Corporate Communications to manage the external speaking/engagement calendar for the EVP, including helping prepare materials and logistics for panel discussions, speeches, etc.
- Oversee department initiatives including all hands meetings, operational efficiency initiatives, team building initiatives working with other EAs and associates
- Support the EVP/Chief Sustainability Officer in preparing for key meetings
- Help plan and execute stakeholder events, including on campus conferences, multistakeholder working sessions, and department offsites
- Serve as a liaison between the Global Responsibility office and internal/external partners, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
- Compose, review, and manage executive communications with professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to Walmart’s values.
- Compile, analyze, and reconcile sensitive business, financial, and sustainability data to support decision-making.
- Represent leadership, escalate issues appropriately, and mentor other administrative professionals.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including complex arrangements for events and summits related to the Walmart Foundation, corporate sustainability, and ESG
- Facilitate timely expense reporting and vendor invoicing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a large, dynamic organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, with executive presence and sound judgment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel), travel and expense systems.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems creatively, and adapt in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The annual salary range for this position is
$50,000.00-$95,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
