We are looking for a Senior Executive – Ad Operations, Brand Business to join our growing team. The role involves end-to-end campaign management with a focus on seamless execution and optimization. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge in managing both Programmatic campaigns and Direct IO-based campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance. What You'll Do 

• Working closely with the Ad Operations Team to effectively execute, oversee, and analyze digital campaigns across global media brands (clients) and agencies.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to both external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage advertising campaign setup, trafficking, ongoing management, and comprehensive report generation.
• Utilize expertise in Programmatic advertising and SSPs to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives & KPI.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Ad Operations and Programmatic advertising.

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Ad Operations, preferably within a digital advertising agency or media organization.
• 3Proficiency in managing Programmatic campaigns and utilizing SSPs to deliver them.
• Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
• Knowledge of Programmatic ecosystem and how it works.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from campaign data.
• Experience working on multiple platforms including Ad serving platforms as well as SSPs like Pubmatic, Magnite etc.(Preferred )
• Proficiency in Excel to derive the campaign data and optimize the campaigns accordingly.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
