Singulier provides strategic and transformation support for private equity and investment funds and established companies. We collaborate with our clients to establish task forces that can perform strategic digital operations resulting in rapid and sustainable impact. We create meaningful value by leveraging our deep expertise in digital, data, and technology to serve forward-thinking ventures.

Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals based in London, Paris & Munich  is divided into two groups: technical experts (including data engineers, digital media experts, and UX experts), and digital strategy consultants.    Our members are graduates of the best business and engineering schools and possess extensive experience in the field.  Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are currently expanding to Germany.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Consultant, Product Manager, you will drive the strategic design and execution of digital products for our clients, acting as a key interface between business goals, user needs, and delivery teams. Your role blends product leadership with organizational design, helping clients not only build the right product but also set up the right teams to deliver it.

You’ll be responsible for :

• Leading product engagements from discovery to delivery, structuring workstreams and aligning business, tech, and design stakeholders.
• Shaping product visions and defining roadmaps that deliver business impact and customer value.
• Designing and implementing team structures (e.g., squads, tribes, impact teams) tailored to client maturity and context.
• Supporting clients in setting product OKRs, defining team missions, and aligning incentives with product strategy.
• Facilitating workshops and framing complex problems into actionable product hypotheses.
• Coaching internal and client teams on product ways of working: agile rituals, lean experimentation, backlog management.
• Contributing to internal knowledge building around modern product organizations and transformation models.
