We’re looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager who thrives in both the office and the field, someone who can move seamlessly between leading teams, collaborating with clients, and rolling up their sleeves on-site. About half of your time will be in the office (mentoring staff, steering projects, engaging with leadership), and the other half in the field (supporting crews, ensuring quality, solving problems in real-time).

What You'll Do

• Lead projects with major power utility clients from planning through delivery.
• Provide leadership to both office and field teams, ensuring alignment, safety, and quality.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and reporting with an eye for efficiency.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Bring a “builder’s mindset” balancing big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Construction Management (e.g., CCM, PMP) or Project Management.
• Experience working with power utilities or utility infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated success in implementing design efficiencies and process improvements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
