Senior CRM Optimization Manager

We are currently looking for a talented Senior CRM Optimization Manager to join us!


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage the customer lifecycle, driving long-term engagement and loyalty across multiple brands and markets.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation and behavior analysis to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure the CRM system is effectively integrated and optimized to support business needs, including identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Oversee the quality, integrity, and maintenance of customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor CRM KPIs (e.g. retention and conversion rates, and churn) and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform QA testing of all campaigns to ensure accurate targeting, messaging, formatting, and delivery across devices and channels.
  • Work closely with CRM, VIP, Content Management, Customer Support and Product teams to effectively execute promotional campaigns
    across channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay updated on iGaming industry trends and player behavior insights to inform strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related fields
  • At least 5-7 years of CRM strategy, operations, and data management experience, preferably in the iGaming, online casino, or sports betting sector.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce, Fast Track CRM, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English
