Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience working in management consulting, or business strategy and operations.

Experience in conjoint analysis, qualitative research, and survey design.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience conducting research within the technology, media, entertainment, or sports industries.

Experience influencing executive leadership on decision-making.

Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments through data intuition and business acumen.

Knowledge of Google tools such as Plex, BQ.

Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of non-technical audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of consumer research studies, including Conjoint Analysis to inform business decisions.

Analyze and synthesize research data to translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations for Go-To-Market (GTM) and product teams.

Quantify market size, forecast product uptake, and identify key value drivers for new product concepts in sports, music, and media.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product Management, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, and Finance to integrate research into business planning.

Present research methodologies, findings, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to various audiences, including executives.
