The Role
As a Senior Account Partner, you will promote Veeva QualityOne solutions to help Food & Beverage. FMCG and Chemicals industries in India to support their digital transformation initiatives in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D.
You will oversee the full sales cycle from lead identification to closing the deal and responsible for Customer Success all along the process. As the key business development representative for India, you will work closely with Marketing, Strategy, and Solution Consultants to define key actions to close new opportunities at new customers and expand our customer base.
You will also work closely with Veeva’s global sales team and account partners to support sales and customer success activity with global accounts who have a significant presence in India.
To ensure success in the role, Product Experts, Solutions Consultants, and Industry Experts will be part of your Selling team.
You will ideally have 5+ years working for a SaaS Enterprise Software company, in a Sales Executive or equivalent position (Account Partner / Account Manager / Sales Executive).
You may have experience with or worked at large F&B and / or FMCG companies. You may also have experience as a Management Consultant with R&D, quality management and/or supply chain functions at FMCG/Food & Beverage companies, and so you’re able to understand the complex business processes that our customers operate.
The ability to communicate clearly with clients and prospects is a must – particularly in the area of product capability and associated business value. Also critical is the ability to be self-reliant, and to be able to work remotely or in a hybrid mode, often with minimal input from others in the team, and be able to manage & prioritize complex tasks across a number of customers & prospects.
This role will primarily be responsible for customers and prospects in India, hence you should be highly proficient in spoken and written English.
This role requires working with others based in the Mumbai office at least 3 days/week.
