Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (remote) / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (onsite as needed)
Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Script Processors. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation and communication between patients, physicians, and insurance providers in the approval process for durable medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Review incoming faxes and documentation, scoring paperwork for completeness and likelihood of medical necessity.

Contact physicians' offices to request missing information (e.g., pages, signatures, diagnoses).

Make outbound calls to follow up on documentation requests and build positive relationships with office staff.

Handle inbound calls, providing status updates to patients on their equipment approval process.

Accurately document all interactions and maintain compliance with Medicare and insurance guidelines.

Support scheduling, paperwork verification, and process follow-up to ensure smooth case progression.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Previous call center or customer service experience required.

Basic exposure to medical documentation or healthcare processes strongly preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence.

Proficient in Windows-based systems and data entry.

Comfortable in a sedentary role requiring focus and attention to detail.

Pay Details:
$17.00 to $18.00 per hour
