Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking Registered Nurses to work in a 1:1 private duty home care OR 1:1 school setting. We have cases all over Long Island!

Qualifications/Education:

• At least 6 months of nursing experience

• NYS RN license and registration

• BLS from American Heart Association

• Physical, QuantiFERON within a year

• MMR Titers within 5 years

• Malpractice Insurance

• NPI #

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan

• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education

• Administer medications and other personalized interventions

• Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.

• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

• Additional responsibilities as required

Pay Rate:

• Private Duty Home Care RN- $45/hour

• School RN- $48/hour
