Revenue.io is seeking a seasoned, Senior Salesforce Engineer to be a part of our award-winning Guided Selling team. Guided Selling's deep integration with Salesforce is what sets its sales engagement capabilities apart from the competition, creating a single "pane of glass" in which to perform sales process automation. As a Senior Engineer on this team, you will team with Product and other Engineers to deliver its next-generation capabilities, taking on complex challenges and delivering amazing outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Take ownership of features across the entire development lifecycle, working closely with your Product counterparts

Apply industry best practices for Salesforce development, writing clean, secure, and maintainable code that is well tested and observable
-
Write effective pure unit tests that deliver value by ensuring features continue to function as originally intended

Refactor code as features evolve to increase clarity and improve velocity of future development
-
Build expert-level proficiency with relevant 3rd party integrations
-
Identify and advocate for process improvements both within the team and at the organization level
-
Contribute pull request reviews and respond to feedback
-
Author technical documentation as needed to share knowledge on complex areas

Actively manage work in Jira, proactively communicating updates so as to keep constituents informed

Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience with Salesforce development and configuration as well as a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
-
3+ years hands on experience with Salesforce developer toolkit including classes, web services, controllers, triggers, batch, queuable, schedulers, custom settings, custom metadata, SOQL
-
High comfort level with Salesforce ISV concerns (packages, AppExchange reviews)

Demonstrate excellent understanding of various governor limits applicable to Salesforce

Working knowledge of data structures and common architectural patterns
-
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a remote team environment with minimal supervision
Nice to haves:

Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Svelte and Angular

Experience with non-Salesforce database technologies, like SQL and Redis
-
Experience with AI systems, like Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar
Salary Range
$155,000—$180,000 USD
