Sales Development Representative


We’re looking for a skilled and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a critical role in building pipeline with the world’s largest enterprises. This is not just a “call-and-qualify” role - you will be a key partner to our Account Executives, helping them build strategic opportunities with companies like Marriott, IBM, Workday and HubSpot.


This role is ideal for someone with prior outbound experience who is ready to sharpen their craft, work closely with senior enterprise sellers, and build their path toward becoming an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and target enterprise accounts to identify stakeholders and opportunities
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social) with personalized messaging
  • Drive conversations with HR, Talent, and Marketing leaders to qualify opportunities and set high-quality meetings
  • Partner with Account Executives on account planning and territory strategy
  • Consistently exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
  • Become an expert in The Martec’s platform and its value to enterprise customers.


You


  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Proven success generating and qualifying opportunities for Account Executives
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales)
  • Highly organized, motivated, and eager to progress into a closing role.
