Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Denver, CO (Hybrid)


We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive pipeline and fuel growth—both by uncovering new business and expanding within our existing customer base. You’ll be joining a high-energy team at the ground floor of a fast-growing startup.


What You’ll Do

  • Take a research-first, personalized approach to outbound prospecting
  • Connect with sales, RevOps, and marketing Ops leaders via cold calls, email, and social to book qualified meetings for our AEs
  • Work closely with your teammates - sharing learnings and testing new strategies
  • Use tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and (of course) LeadIQ daily
  • Hit daily, monthly, and quarterly activity and performance targets
  • Build your presence as a seller through social selling and LinkedIn engagement

What You Bring

  • A track record of high achievement and a strong work ethic. Bonus points for former athletes or SDRs selling into the sales persona, but not required.
  • Confidence and excitement around cold calling (this is a major part of the role - if that’s not your thing, this isn’t the right fit)
  • High EQ - you’re a good human to your peers and your prospects
  • You’re based in Denver and can work in our downtown office 3 days a week

Base: $55,000 | OTE: $90,000
