About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive the success of our SEO initiatives by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that enhance organic visibility, traffic, and conversions. This role involves leading a team of SEO Specialists, ensuring tactical execution aligns with strategic goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams—including content, product, and development—to optimize website performance.


YOUR MISSION

1. Strategy Execution

  • Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies under the guidance of the Director of Organic Marketing.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical SEO implementations, and create detailed content strategies in collaboration with content teams.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.

2. SEO Project Management

  • Oversee the daily activities of SEO Specialists, ensuring timely execution of tasks that align with broader SEO strategies.
  • Coordinate and prioritize projects to meet performance objectives and deadlines.
  • Provide clear direction and quality control over all deliverables.

3. Performance Analysis

  • Monitor website performance, analyzing key SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings, and engagement.
  • Work closely with product teams to enhance conversion performance.
  • Leverage data insights to recommend and implement strategies for ranking and traffic growth.

4. On-Page Optimization & Off-Page Collaboration

  • Develop and enforce on-page SEO best practices across content and technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to SEO guidelines in all content and technical implementations.
  • Work closely with the Outreach and Reputation teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing strategies.

5. Stakeholder Reporting

  • Generate comprehensive SEO reports with actionable insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Present findings to leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on SEO goals and initiatives.

6. Market & Competitive Research

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to refine SEO tactics and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance organic visibility, including AI Overviews' impact and evolving search trends.
