SAP Commerce Cloud Developer, FusionHit, CR

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Commerce Cloud Developer to join our fast-growing team at FusionHit. In this role, you'll design and implement scalable eCommerce solutions using the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, enterprise-grade B2B and B2C systems.

This role is ideal for a backend-savvy engineer with strong Java/Spring expertise and hands-on experience with complex integrations, SAP-specific modules, and enterprise architecture.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Availability: Must be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years working on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Strong Java development expertise with deep knowledge of the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in SAP-specific modules, extensions, and integration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience building and customizing complex enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
• Experience working with both B2B and B2C commerce scenarios.
• Infrastructure management and system scalability knowledge.
• Experience with complex systems integration in large enterprise environments.
• Background in enterprise architecture and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).

• Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement scalable, customizable features.
• Integrate third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Customize the platform to meet business-specific requirements and improve customer experiences.
• Manage infrastructure and deployments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Work in an agile environment, delivering high-quality releases on time.
