As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit, for season 2026, experienced and motivated Rooms Divisions Manager for Resorts to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece’s most iconic destinations – Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire rooms division operation across multiple resort locations, ensuring exceptional guest service and effective management of front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the rooms division, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to elevate service standards and enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the executive team to develop strategic plans that drive revenue and improve guest experiences.
• Analyze and report on occupancy rates, revenue management, and departmental performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Oversee the reservation system and manage room allocation effectively.
• Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner, fostering a positive and memorable experience.
