Job Title: Revit Drafter
Pay: $35hr- $42hr
Location: 100% remote

Job Description

Develop and modify detailed Revit models for industrial plant layouts, including equipment, piping, structural elements, and utilities.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other drafters to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate models and drawings.

Maintain and update Revit families, templates, and standards to ensure consistency across projects.

Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural) to ensure model integration and clash detection.

Produce construction documents, layout plans, and as-built drawings.

Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting processes.

Ensure compliance with company and client drafting standards and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma in Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field is preferred.

2+ years of experience drafting with Revit, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of industrial plant components such as conveyors, tanks, piping systems, and structural supports.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or BIM 360 is a plus.

Familiarity with industry codes and standards.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
