Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research & Administrative Assistant to support our multifamily and commercial real estate operations. This role involves conducting online research, managing email communications, scheduling, preparing newsletters, and performing skip tracing activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with real estate tools such as CoStar and Podium.

Conduct online research to gather and verify property, ownership, and contact information.

Proven experience in research, data entry, or administrative support.

Knowledge of multifamily/commercial real estate preferred.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, etc.).

Familiarity with CoStar and Podium is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Perform skip tracing to locate property owners and decision-makers in the multifamily and commercial real estate space.

Manage and respond to emails (primarily via Google Workspace).

Coordinate and schedule appointments, calls, and meetings.

Maintain and update data in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Create, edit, and send newsletters to target audiences.

Utilize tools such as CoStar and Podium to support research and outreach activities.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Schedule
Part-time: 20 hours per week
Monday - Thursday (5 hours/day)
