Overview

A growing life sciences organization in Southern Arizona is seeking a Research Associate I to support its clinical research team. This role offers the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in clinical research while contributing to projects that directly impact healthcare advancements. The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship. Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical research studies and trials
  • Analyze and interpret clinical data
  • Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical standards
  • Prepare reports and publications on research findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical initiatives

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in clinical research or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in research and compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences or related field preferred)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now or in the future without sponsorship
  • Experience in clinical trial management, preferred
