Position Overview

We are urgently seeking Technical Support Specialists to join our remote USA team. This role involves supporting customers using healthcare-related devices, providing first-level troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through inbound and outbound support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to customers using specialized equipment.
  • Support customers with setup, error resolution, and operational questions.
  • Deliver clear instructions and ensure a customer-focused approach in every interaction.
  • Document cases and interactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to share feedback and improve processes.
  • Maintain and update support documentation as needed.


Requirements

  • Currently residing in the United States ( mandatory ).
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years in a technical support, customer service, or call center role.
  • Experience with both hardware and software.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills (handling multiple cases at once).
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Solid computer literacy and familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience in electronics, machinery, or other technical troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable hardware (see technical requirements below).


Technical Requirements

  • Wired broadband internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent (1.8 GHz+).
  • RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB preferred).
  • SSD with at least 10 GB free.
  • Screen resolution: 1920x1080 preferred.
  • Wired USB headset.
  • Operating System: Windows 11.


Training & Work Schedule

  • Training : 2 weeks, part-time (live online sessions + self-study).
  • Start Date : September 17th.
  • Work Hours : Flexible shifts within 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Time USA).
  • Expected workload: 4-6 hours/day.
