We are currently seeking a Regulatory Manager to join our established Quality Assurance team. This position will own regulatory compliance for Chewy’s Private Brands hard goods product portfolio, ensuring compliance and shaping proactive policies that support innovation, supplier integrity, and market growth. This role ensures full alignment with applicable domestic and international safety, labeling, packaging, and chemical regulations, including those enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), California Prop 65, CPSIA, ASTM, TSCA, REACH, and others. This role may also support regulatory initiatives in consumables and healthcare categories as required by business needs.
This is an individual contributor role with high visibility across functions and influence on product safety, regulatory risk mitigation, and quality assurance within an innovative retail environment. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
