We are expanding our recruiting team and seeking a Recruiting Sourcer who has experience sourcing Physical Therapists (PTs), PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs, preferably with an outpatient focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify top therapy talent (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) with an emphasis on outpatient therapy.
• Conduct research and use Boolean search techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable ATS, and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through creative outreach and engagement.
• Screen resumes and profiles to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Engage passive candidates and represent H2 Health’s culture and mission in all communications.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Workable and ensure compliance with recruiting processes.
