A leading $90B+ global alternative asset manager is looking to hire a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Connecticut.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for internship and entry-level hiring
  • Partner with internal teams to shape and execute recruiting strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with campus career centers and student groups
  • Attend and lead on-campus events alongside business professionals
  • Collaborate with recruiting coordinators to oversee interview scheduling and logistics
  • Assist with the summer internship program, training, and onboarding
  • Provide strong candidate experience and stakeholder communication
  • Track and manage candidate data using ATS (Greenhouse) and other platforms
  • Occasionally support lateral searches and ad hoc HR projects


Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in campus recruitment within financial services; open to recruiters interested in transitioning into campus-focused roles
  • Prior experience at a large bank or asset manager preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting cycles with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse and Handshake is a plus
  • Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons
