About The Role
OneStaff Medical is seeking dynamic and driven Recruiters to join our team in Miamisburg. This on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about healthcare, sales, and building meaningful relationships. As a Travel Nurse & Allied Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and placing healthcare professionals in travel assignments across various locations. Your primary focus will be to meet the staffing needs of traveling nurses and allied health professionals, ensuring they have a seamless experience from onboarding to assignment completion. The role demands a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly influence our company's success. Previous experience in travel nurse recruiting is preferred, but we value transferable skills from sales, account management, auto sales, or related fields, as these demonstrate the drive and resilience necessary for success in this role.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in sales, account management, or as an account executive, with a preference for those with travel nurse recruiting background. A high school diploma is required, and proficiency in PC applications, particularly Excel, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a motivated, energetic, and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals are critical. Self-starting individuals who are resilient, goal-oriented, and willing to hustle daily will thrive in this role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills are also important to manage multiple priorities effectively.
