Job Description
A large software and gaming company is looking for a REMOTE - Layout Artist to join the Video production team. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up cameras and characters in Unreal Engine 5 to help facilitate
the creation of shortform marketing assets.
In this role, you will

You will be responsible for creating compelling video content in Unreal Engine 5 - laying out cameras, building sets, and defining character performance.

You will be arranging and composing pre-existing Fortnite assets in a way that maximizes character appeal and tells a simple, compelling story.

Collaborate with leads in a dailies-style critique environment, find optimal solutions, and address issues as they arise.

Execute on desired creative by tweaking existing assets where necessary: balancing vision, efficiency, and scope.

Provide direction and feedback on other marketing assets produced by outsource where needed.

Skills And Requirements

A strong reel showcasing expertise with the principles of cinematography, composition, color, and lighting in visual media.

Relevant experience in Unreal Engine’s Sequencer tools.

Familiarity with social media visuals/trends and how it influences performance/pacing in video content.

Excellent communicator and problem solver.

Familiarity with CG production pipelines.

Experience with Unreal Engine’s Control Rig tool null
