Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. Valeo is offering an Internship program, as a Product Technical Engineer trainee you will support the department in the following tasks:

• Support the team in addressing and resolving high-priority open topics.

• Collaborate in the coordination of the "Genba" training for the team, focused on logical thinking.

• Assist in the implementation of structural actions to ensure on-time project delivery (TOGO), support the management of project hours (STR), and contribute to the handling of Engineering Change Requests (ECR).

• Provide support for the R&D process starting from the Request for Quotation (RFQ) phase for new products.

• Participate in initiatives for the continuous improvement of R&D processes and methodologies.

To be able to be selected for this internship, you need to fulfill the next requirements:

• Engineering degree (Spanish public universities' graduates or students)

• Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.

• Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international international environment.

• Professionalism and transparency.

• Geographical mobility.

• Passion for the automotive industry.
