We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player

We are seeking a Project Manager that will help bridge the gap between technology solutions and business objectives, leading custom projects and product implementations, ensuring alignment across teams and customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with experience in driving complex projects, managing risks, and ensuring successful outcomes. You will work closely with customers, Professional Services, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure clear communication, smooth delivery, training, and ongoing support for our solutions. Location: West Des Moines, Iowa

Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days in office/1 day remote

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring clear understanding across all stakeholders.
  • Partner with customers to acquire a deep understanding of their requirements, document business procedures, and explore opportunities for enhancing and automating workflows.
  • Lead in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party applications and integrations to enhance our product ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to leverage Salesforce tools and features for process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on progress and any potential risks.
  • Proactively identify and address blockers, dependencies, and risks that could impact project timelines or success, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for configuration and development.
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of Tractor Zoom products and how they can be configured, customized, and implemented, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure the effective adoption of application functionalities and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience or certifications in the relevant area will also be considered.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst role or similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving project ownership, delivering results, and managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and experience managing project documentation, timelines, and reports.
  • Experience managing projects involving Salesforce implementations or integrations. Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
  • PMP, CSM, or other Project Management certifications preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
