About The Role
You are passionate about hardware development- understanding customer needs, translating them into high-level requirements, and guiding the team to successful project outcomes. You enjoy working closely with clients and collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary engineers, designers, and scientists to create complex, smart connected devices deployed at scale. You can look forward to working a minimum of one day per week from our offices, located in beautiful Vancouver, BC.
You have a clear understanding of clients’ goals and priorities, implement execution strategies to attain and exceed the stated purpose, and diligently follow a framework for managing client expectations. You create and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitor project team progress, and communicate project needs, risks, schedules and deliverables, both internally and with the client.
You continuously develop and iterate on project management best practices and processes and contribute to mentoring and developing less experienced teammates. You employ exceptional communications skills to ensure a high degree of integrity, transparency and trust across the entire MistyWest ecosystem of peers, partners, clients and stakeholders.
