Job Title: Data Center Project Manager

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of data center construction projects. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards . You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive success at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of data center construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources .
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards .
• Support and mentor on-site teams to drive collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience , preferably on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical, mechanical, and structural components .
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel within Virginia for project oversight as needed.
