Project Manager - Data Center Construction, Metric Geo, US

Metric Geo are partnered with a Top 10 Design-build firm who are looking to expand their project Management division.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for new data center builds, expansions, upgrades, and decommissions.
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, network, IT, and operations personnel.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, concise project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and close-out activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in data center or critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects ($50M+ preferred).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
