Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors while working closely with superintendents and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the internal project team.

Prepare and manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost forecasts.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with field operations.

Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection, negotiation, and performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders and prepare progress reports.

Support superintendents in monitoring field operations, resolving conflicts, and managing punch lists.

Drive successful project closeout including final documentation, warranties, and financial reconciliation.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
