Job Title: Project Executive – Data Center Construction

The Role:

We are seeking a proven Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across our data center construction portfolio. This senior role is responsible for driving overall project success, maintaining strong client relationships, and guiding project teams to deliver exceptional results. As a Project Executive, you will play a key part in shaping our growth while ensuring that our mission-critical projects are completed with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level oversight for multiple data center construction projects .
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with leadership, resources, and problem-solving.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance across the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support pre-construction and business development efforts.
• Ensure company standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence are upheld.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in mission-critical or data center projects .
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
