Project Architect, A&M Architects SA, GR

A&M is seeking for a highly motivated and talented Project Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful projects on time and within budget. The Project Architect will work closely with our clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to produce projects and ensure that they are executed according to A&M’s standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & produce projects and oversee the development of design concepts, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that design intent is preserved throughout the project
• Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and timelines along with the Design Leader of the team
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams to ensure that projects are executed according to design specifications
• Work closely with the Design Team Leader to conduct quality control reviews to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality 
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance and support as needed
