We support customers throughout the Department of Defense and U.S. Government in building innovative new tools to deliver unique world-class data exploitation capabilities.

SciTec is seeking a Project Manager for an agile software development program executed from our Boulder, CO office. The Project Manager work under general supervision of the Program Manager while performing work related to contract and program success.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Data Management & Quality: Oversee data processing activities, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and other specialists, while managing relationships and expectations with customers and stakeholders.
  • Technical Oversight: Support technical leads with the management of requirements.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular project status reports and present findings to senior management and other stakeholders, clearly translating complex data into understandable language.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement new technologies, and drive innovation within data processing operations.
  • Perform Scrum Master role for agile software development team.
  • Other duties as assigned
