We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead and oversee project management and business analysis functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly results oriented individual who can expertly manage projects from conception through delivery, while also providing high-quality business analysis to support strategic initiatives. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment with business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and deliver value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple, complex projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets, and establish project deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.

Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders, managing expectations, and facilitating transparent communication.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Perform in-depth analysis of business processes, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Gather and document requirements, and translate them into function specifications for project implementation and document all processes.

Develop and maintain documentation on current and future state processes, system

Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions through clear and insightful visualizations and narratives.

Role Requirements
Certifications: PMP or like certifications
Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in project management, program management, business analytics
Proven track record in managing large, complex projects within cross-functional and global environments
Exceptional ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations
Skilled in project management, databases, and visualization tools
Proven ability to be independent and resourceful in leading projects from beginning to completion.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, and evolving environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders, communicating complex topics using simple language and building organizational consensus.
Strong presentation communication and presentation design skills
Willing to <25% travel

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
