Our continuing growth has resulted in the need to hire a
Production
Artist (Temporary
). The Production Artist will work closely with the Studio team members and Project Management to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include executing revisions to layouts, resizing art, and creating PDFs from art files
-
Consults with the Senior Graphic Designer, Studio Manager. Associate Creative Director or Creative Director to evaluate specifications for individual project needs

Prepares finished layout for printer; preflight disks and prepares for output

Archives completed projects to appropriate media

Assists with related special projects as needed

Minimum Required Education And Experience

BA degree in advertising or graphic design

1+ years of graphic design experience in an advertising or marketing agency

Knowledge of desktop publishing applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

Knowledge of prepress/disk-to-plate preparation
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint)
