The vision of the Product team is to work with speed, passion, dedication, and with a “getting things done” approach ensuring that we are doing the right things connected to the Group strategy. In sync with the growing targets and needs, we are growing the Product team and on the lookout for new Product Owners to join our Air Content, Ancillary, Foundation, Payments & Post Booking Automation.
These positions can be located in Greece or Sweden but travel between the different offices including development sites may be required.
The role as Product Owner
Initially you will be working alongside a Senior Product Owner to ensure development targets are met around the given domain. You will join her/his daily work with the development teams, coordinating Business Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers, CX, UX, Developers as well as other stakeholders.. By coaching and hands-on involvement with real projects you will gradually transition into a high degree of autonomy with the goal to lead your own team.
With an entrepreneurial mindset you will be responsible for
● Being part of the long term product/domain plan and requirement assessment process.
● Ensuring knowledge sharing throughout the organization and that stakeholders are updated continuously with the latest status.
● Providing post-release and day-to-day support by collecting, filtering, organizing, prioritizing and following up bug reports and questions.
● Identifying problems/opportunities within your domain and bringing them to life.

-Air Content
The mission of Air Content is to ensure that Etraveli Group offers the widest array of relevant air content in the world, facilitating the customer's booking process and generating value to our customers and partners. The team interacts with stakeholders across all business domains (e.g. Sales, Operations, Commercial), directly with our partners (e.g. Metas, Booking.com) and with development teams across business domains (e.g. Customer Facing, Ancillaries, Post Booking). Within 2024 special focus will be placed on ensuring we meet ours and Bcom’s goals on increasing sales originating from Bcom direct traffic.
-Ancillary
The mission of the Ancillary teams is to ensure that Etraveli Group have relevant ancillary offering to enhance the travel experience both pre, during and post travel and by that generating value to our customers and partners.
The teams interacts with stakeholders across all business domains (e.g. Sales, Customer Service, Commercial), directly with our partners (e.g. Metas, Booking.com) and with other development teams across business domains (e.g. Foundation, Post Booking Automation, Air Content).
-Payments
The mission of the Payment teams is to offer frictionless payments both for customers and carriers, as well as protecting the company from fraudulent payment attempts. Payment domain consists of 4 development teams, located in Athens, Gothenburg and Montevideo. Customer Payments team (Athens, Montevideo) handling the onboarding of global and localised payment methods and providers. Risk management team (Athens) that is responsible for the company’s fraud management system and intelligence. And Supplier Payments team (Gothenburg) in charge of the expansion of the payment portfolio to facilitate airline payments and the development of features to increase automation on product steering processes.
-Post Booking Automation
The vision of the Post Booking Automation teams is to manage changes and cancellations on customer bookings. We focus on creating automation, self-service solutions and agent tools that empower both our customers and our partners. As a Product Owner in this domain, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering seamless experiences that ensure quick, efficient and reliable handling of customer requests. Your work will directly impact how travelers and agents manage bookings.
-Foundation
The mission of the Foundation teams is to help our customers and agents in the best way across all processes and interfaces. The domain includes development teams managing the interfaces towards customers, including App and Web. It also includes the agent-facing platforms we use as well as teams focusing on ensuring the reconciliation and accounting is done accurately for the different processes leading to a financial transaction. As a Product Owner you take part in deciding on how we should tackle this in the best way together with developers, UX personnel and stakeholders in both Sweden, Greece and India.
