At With Intelligence, we are looking for a Product Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping our product offerings within the alternative asset management sector. As our Product Lead, you will be instrumental in defining and executing product strategies that drive innovation and user satisfaction.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure that each product meets the needs of our clients and aligns with our broader business objectives. You will also take ownership of the product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring tailored solutions for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product strategy and vision for new and existing products within the With Intelligence suite.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a customer-centric approach.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to define user experiences that deliver great customer satisfaction.
• Build consensus among stakeholders around the product direction and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, translating technical concepts into language understood across departments.
• Monitor product performance and metrics post-launch to inform ongoing product development and enhancements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team while championing agile methodologies.
• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and drive iterations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development within product management.
