Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• To design and execute product testing (Internally and externally) to inform on how users interact with the product, to understand key product attributes such as creaminess, lathering, fragrance and their preferences between product prototypes and relevant benchmarks

• Translate product testing results into actionable product insights to inform product development, product, pack and claims and validation

• Design and execute product testing to substantiate product performance claims for on pack executions (user trials)

• Collate data on competitor product performance and inform product development community to ensure pipelines remain competitive

• Input all product performance data and insights into the end-to-end path to purchase methodology 

Criteria/Competencies:

• Prior experience of product testing design and set up, using recognised and robust methodologies

• Data analytics and statistics

• Stakeholder engagement, relationship building and influencing skills

• A technical degree in the field of life sciences or behavioural sciences
