Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in analyzing existing systems, help develop requirements for new systems, create wireframes and mockups, understand best practices, and work with application users to create modern, clean, intuitive applications. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse team of designers, developers, and engineers to bring powerful concepts to reality.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate daily with the product team to design unique user experiences through user flows, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices to drive UX strategies.
  • Research and develop new and innovative ways to deliver content and functionality to end-users.
  • Create intuitive user interfaces that are accessible to users that have limited technical proficiency.
  • Create interactive wireframe prototypes and have advanced technical understanding of tools such as Illustrator, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their intent and needs for the application.
  • Build protypes to assist in user research, using low-high fidelity techniques.
  • Create design documentation and user guide creation
  • Create design systems to empower the design team to work more efficiently.
  • Facilitate events to support collaboration with end-users to understand their intent and needs for application.
  • Analyze user feedback and actively look to iterate/improve user experience.
  • Build prototypes to assist in user research, using low- to high-fidelity techniques, and/or build design tools to empower a design team.
  • Communicate and present design concepts, insights, and product demos to clients.
  • Occasionally help identify and troubleshoot issues or bugs.
  • Work closely with the development team to deliver assets needed for implementation.
  • Complete tasks within budgeted time and work with management to escalate any project and/or task issues.
  • Be resourceful with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to project issues, changes, or updates.
