Location: Soho, NY ( In-person 5 days/week )

Salary: Up to $220k + equity!

About the Role

Our client is an early-stage, Google-backed AI startup building a universal identity layer to enable trust between businesses worldwide. Already dominating in Latin America and used by leading fintechs, banks, and public companies, their platform leverages cutting-edge AI to deliver instant, reliable, and borderless business verification.

They are hiring their first Product Manager to own the roadmap end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the founders to define and execute strategy as the company scales globally. This role offers massive ownership , visibility, and the chance to help build the product organization from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : At least 1.5+ years of experience as a Product Manager at startups or high-growth companies
• Track Record : Proven ability to take products from 0-1 and launch major features successfully
• Domain Knowledge : Experience with B2B enterprise products ; AI/ML, fintech, or identity verification a plus
• Skills : Strong product sense, customer-first mindset, and ability to make smart tradeoffs under uncertainty
• Mindset : Hungry, high slope, thrives in fast-paced early-stage environments; excited to shape product and culture from day one

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and prioritize features while balancing customer needs with ambitious business goals
• Talk to customers, shadow sales calls, and research workflows to find pain points
• Work with engineering and design to build simple, intuitive solutions
• Launch features that solve tough problems (like instant validation of complex documents)
• Define and track key metrics to improve user experience
• Align leadership and teams around a shared product vision
