We are seeking a highly motivated Pro Services Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of onboarding new clients, designing M365 and server solutions, and leading technical projects that make a lasting impact. You’ll drive initiatives like migrations, integrations, and business continuity planning, while also playing a key role in mentoring fellow technicians and setting the standard for technical excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead server and business continuity projects from design to implementation.
• Partner with sales teams as a technical expert to scope solutions for clients.
• Define and maintain technical standards for servers and continuity systems.
• Assess, plan, and design solutions for Office 365/M365 and related core technologies.
• Recommend and execute system upgrades and repairs across client environments.
• Mentor and train technicians, helping elevate the entire team.
