Print to Mail Operator I - 3rd Shift, 001 Sentry Insurance Company, US

Our Print to Mail area is responsible for printing and automatically inserting output into envelopes using high speed enterprise printers and inserting machinery. Printed output includes billing statements, policy documents and other important materials that are critical to our business. We process thousands of envelopes per hour and it’s an amazing operation to see. Ultimately our Print to Mail team ensures the machinery operates correctly, output is printed to meet quality standards and is inserted and sent out the door based on our customer’s expectations.

This position is being staffed on our 3rd shift team. The individual will work in our Stevens Point office. The shift hours will be 10:30pm-7:00am and include an 8% shift pay differential!

What You’ll Do

As a Print to Mail Operator you will have the opportunity to establish a solid foundation with Sentry by conducting the following duties:

• Monitoring and maintaining printing, inserting and pre/post processing equipment
• Ensuring efficient receipt of input and accurate delivery of output
• Performing daily maintenance and cleaning of high speed printers and peripheral equipment
• Assisting end users with questions and problems
• Providing assistance in maintaining consumable processing supplies

What it Takes

• Positive, can-do attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Work collaboratively and possess good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills but additional computer related background or education is desirable, but not required
• Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities are critical
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with frequent lifting, bending and stooping
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
