About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize paid social and search campaigns, driving LearnWorlds’ growth

In this role, you'll drive high-impact campaigns for product launches, demand generation, and customer acquisition, directly contributing to LearnWorlds' growth. We need a proactive problem-solver who uncovers the ‘why’ behind campaign data, proposes solutions, and owns their results.

Your core responsibility will be to collaborate with our paid social and search specialists, taking ownership of the full lifecycle of your campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and Google, delivering on our team’s growth objectives, while acting as a key partner to internal teams (e.g., product or demand generation) on campaign launches and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and own the end-to-end management of paid social and paid search campaigns, with a focus on driving new trial sign-ups and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct deep performance analysis to move beyond the "what" and uncover the "why" behind performance shifts, identifying root causes and opportunities for growth.
  • Translate your data-driven insights into actionable, strategic recommendations to improve key metrics (CPL, CPT, ROAS) and clearly communicate these proposals to stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal "tribe" teams on campaign launches, providing expert guidance on audience targeting, creative best practices, and measurement to ensure success from the start.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Continuously ideate and implement A/B tests for audiences, ad copy, and creatives to drive incremental performance gains.

What Your First 90 Days Will Look Like:

  • After Week 2: You’ll be familiar with our paid ad account structures (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and reporting dashboards, gaining a clear understanding of our campaign setup and performance tracking.
  • After Week 3: You’ll have analyzed current campaigns, diving deep into their performance data and proposing data-backed optimizations or A/B tests, with guidance from a senior team member.
  • After 1 Month: You’ll be well-versed in our internal processes and begin taking ownership of specific campaign tasks (e.g., ad setup, targeting), supported by a senior team member to ensure success.
  • After 2 Months: You’ll work with growing independence, confidently partnering with internal campaign teams (e.g., product or demand generation) on campaign launches for product promotions and demand generation, driving your assigned campaigns from setup to optimization with measurable results, while collaborating with senior team members for strategic alignment.

Who You Are:

  • An Insight-Driven Analyst: You don't just report the numbers; you find the story behind them. When you see a metric change, you instinctively dig to find the root cause, understand the business impact, and propose a data-backed solution.
  • A Proactive Owner: You have a high sense of ownership and accountability. When you encounter a problem, your first instinct is to analyze it, develop a hypothesis, and propose a solution. You bring solutions, not just problems.
  • An Adaptable Learner: You excel at mastering new platforms, tools, and strategies, staying ahead of the curve to fuel our growth.
  • An Efficient Operator: You are a self-starter who can manage your workflow independently. You can distinguish a high-impact project from a low-impact task and prioritize your time effectively.
  • A Clear & Confident Communicator: You can synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive, and actionable recommendations. Your communication, both written and verbal, is precise and builds confidence with your team and stakeholders.
  • A Technical Explorer: You’re curious about how marketing tools and platforms work, always looking to optimize and innovate.
