As the Parts Manager, you’ll play an integral role in managing the day‐to‐day operation of the parts department in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety program. Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long‐term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

Position Outline:

• Certification. You have done the hard work and training required to earn certification in Red Seal Parts and Warehousing. You’re ready to apply all that you have learned in warehouse and inventory management to make Nors Construction Equipment Canada GW your employee’s and customers’ first choice.

• A good working knowledge of parts sales techniques and methodologies
• Solid inventory management knowledge
• Good understanding of financial reporting principles
• Solid Industry Product knowledge
• A solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects
• Working knowledge of warehouse storage systems and storage layout principles
• 10+ years work experience directly related to equipment parts sales is an asset

Education Required:

• Certification In a related field (eg. Parts/Warehousing Red Seal certification, Business certificate or degree) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
