Southaven Kia Needs a Rockstar Parts Manager!
Do you love cars, people, and making sure everything is in the right place (while cracking a joke or two)? Southaven Kia is on the hunt for an experienced Parts Manager who can keep our parts department running smoother than a freshly waxed Kia Stinger.
What You’ll Do:
Be the captain of organization—no bolt or brake pad goes missing under your watch.
Lead and motivate your team (yes, coffee counts as motivation).
Manage inventory like a pro—because “we’re out of stock” isn’t in your vocabulary.
Work with service advisors and technicians to make sure everyone’s happy (and well-supplied).
Keep customers smiling by making sure they get the right part, the first time.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing an automotive parts department (bonus points if you can identify a part just by looking at it).
Leadership skills that inspire others to follow your lead—even on Mondays.
Strong organizational and computer skills (you don’t need to be a tech wizard, but Excel shouldn’t scare you).
A sense of humor—because life’s too short not to laugh at least once a day in the parts department.
Why Join Southaven Kia?
Competitive pay
Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k—you know, the good stuff)
A fun, fast-paced environment where we work hard and laugh harder
State-of-the-art facility with all the amenities (yes, even climate control so you don’t sweat it out in summer!)
If you’re ready to bring order to the chaos and lead a top-notch parts department (with a smile), apply today and let’s make Southaven Kia the place where parts and people come together in perfect harmony!
