Paralegal, Robert Half, FL, US

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Plantation, Florida. This role requires a skilled individual with a strong background in civil litigation and legal document preparation. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to case management and provide essential administrative support.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and draft legal documents related to civil litigation cases.
• Manage and organize case files using case management software.
• Conduct e-filing and ensure timely submission of court documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys on discovery processes and case preparation.
• Provide administrative support to assist with day-to-day operations.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain accurate records of case progress.
• Assist with billable tasks as required by the team.
• Utilize NetDocs or similar software to manage legal documentation efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address case needs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on civil litigation.
• Proficiency in handling discovery and e-filing processes.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal documentation tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of NetDocs or similar document management software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with legal teams and clients.
• Capable of managing deadlines and maintaining case accuracy.
