The Opportunity

Are you passionate about brand development, media relations, and influencer engagement? QVC UK is looking for an enthusiastic PR and Influencer Assistant to join our Brand Development & External Relations Team. Reporting to the Senior External Relations Specialist, You'll help deliver our annual strategy, supporting press office activities and influencer partnerships that shape our brand's public presence. You'll play an important part in ensuring our campaigns run smoothly, our relationships flourish, and our brand continues to innovate.

Your Impact

• You will provide accurate administrative support to the PR team, including sourcing products and information from Buyers and Brands.
• You will manage samples and imagery for media and influencers, ensuring efficient tracking and budget adherence.
• You'll support paid influencer partnerships, from suggesting potential partners to monitoring coverage and ensuring contractual compliance.
• You will create and analyse tracked links for influencer campaigns, reporting on Return on investment and benchmarking results.
• You'll collate and distribute weekly press and influencer coverage reports, representing our team in trade meetings.
• You will coordinate imagery requests and photography for product launches, working with internal and external teams.
• You'll help with event logistics, ensuring samples and props are delivered and returned safely, and representing QVC positively at events.

What You Bring

• You will have organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• You’ll have experience in a support or administrative role, and it would be a plus if you’ve had some exposure to PR, marketing, or events.
• You have a creative eye for critiquing artwork and contributing ideas within brand guidelines.
• You have a high level of attention to detail, and self-motivation.
• You can communicate complex information, both written and oral.
